Tuum is a next-generation banking platform enabling fintech companies and banks to rapidly offer seamless, tailored financial services. The platform is API-based with flexible, independent modules covering retail and business banking capabilities for quick integration. As Implementation Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of Tuum solutions for customers. Your responsibilities include:
• Project execution and coordination of resources, managing daily project operations
• Proactively identifying delivery bottlenecks, managing scope, and mitigating risks before they impact timelines
• Managing internal technical teams and external client-side stakeholders with daily communication
• Assisting the sales team in project scoping and scope management
• Analyzing customer requirements and mapping client product demands
• Planning and executing deployments to client environments
• Conducting customer onboarding, requirement sessions, workshops, demos, and training
• Guiding clients on best practices for integrating Tuum's platform APIs with their existing systems
• Preparing project reports and providing status overviews internally and externally
• Contributing to continuous improvement of the customer journey
You will work as part of the Implementation team in a hybrid model (3 days per week in office), with additional benefits including a 4-day workweek during summer months (June-August).
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous experience working on implementation projects
• Experience in software development project management
• Ability to read API documentation (RESTful APIs, JSON) and run basic troubleshooting queries
• Good understanding of databases and data management (SQL)
• Strong time management skills and ability to plan and meet deadlines
• Willingness and ability to learn the Tuum platform in depth with solid foundational understanding of system architecture
• Passion for helping customers and delivering excellent customer experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Banking/fintech experience considered an advantage
