Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 / annual

As an Implementation Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact during customer onboarding and implementation. You'll deliver top-tier customer service across all Shopmonkey product areas, coordinate training to ensure successful customer launches, and work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Your role involves understanding customer needs, solving problems creatively, and helping automotive shop owners grow their businesses through the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as main point of contact during implementation process
- Delivering customer service and support across product areas
- Training customers on Shopmonkey platform and best practices
- Coordinating deliverables with internal departments
- Communicating customized solutions tailored to customer needs
- Learning the Shopmonkey product suite and automotive industry
The role is remote for most candidates, though those in the San Jose area will be expected to work hybrid with 2-3 days per week on-site at the Morgan Hill office for team collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2+ years of relevant implementation, customer success, or project management experience preferred, OR automotive industry knowledge and experience
- Clear, professional, friendly, and informative communication style
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to multitask
- Self-directed learner and highly motivated
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative startup environment and comfort with ambiguity
- Quick adaptation to changing priorities and evolving customer needs
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and tools
- Bachelor's degree a plus
