Setpoint is a fintech infrastructure company providing capital and technology solutions for asset-backed borrowers and lenders. The platform automates document verification, compliance reporting, and asset digitization for warehouse transactions. The company recently closed a $31M Series B with backing from Citi, Wells Fargo, Andreessen Horowitz, and other prominent investors. As Implementation Manager, you will lead project management efforts for multiple customer implementations of Setpoint's platform. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing scope definition, delivery milestones, and stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle. The role requires close collaboration with internal engineering, product, and operations teams alongside external clients to ensure successful deployments. Key responsibilities include: managing multiple concurrent implementation projects; assessing project scope and establishing realistic timelines with clients; identifying and resolving ambiguities before they impact delivery; analyzing current workflows to identify process improvements; and building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients. You'll report directly to the Director of Capital Solutions and work in a hybrid model (2 days/week in office: Tuesdays and Thursdays) from either the Austin or New York office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, an excellent communicator, and comfortable translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. You should thrive in a collaborative, low-ego team environment and be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced fintech setting. Required qualifications: 5+ years in consulting, strategy, banking, enterprise technology, or similar client-facing roles; strong project management skills managing complex, concurrent projects; excellent problem-solving and customer-centric mindset; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; and flexibility to navigate change and evolving client needs.
