Sensi.AI is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead onsite deployments of its AI-powered aging care platform with home care agencies across the United States. This is a highly hands-on, client-facing role that sits at the intersection of technology adoption, training, and relationship-building. You will serve as the primary onsite expert during agency deployments, responsible for device setup, router installation, staff training, and post-deployment support. Your core responsibilities include leading training sessions for non-technical users, helping agency teams understand and confidently explain Sensi's technology, and ensuring successful integration into their care workflows. You'll work directly with agency owners, care managers, caregivers, and families to build trust and drive adoption. Key responsibilities: - Lead 10–15 agency deployments per quarter, typically involving 2 full days onsite plus travel time - Train agency staff on product workflows and help them explain the platform to clients and families - Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from post-sale through successful implementation - Identify adoption risks, training gaps, and operational blockers; escalate and resolve cross-functionally - Provide light technical troubleshooting during deployments - Gather client feedback and field insights to inform product and process improvements - Maintain detailed documentation in HubSpot and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Support, Sales, and Operations - Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders Travel expectations: 60–75% domestic travel, with deployments scheduled near your home region when possible. This role requires comfort working in home environments with older adults and agency teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to train non-technical users on complex technology.
