SafelyYou is an AI-driven healthtech company founded in 2015 from UC Berkeley's AI Research Lab, focused on improving safety and outcomes in senior living communities. The company combines world-leading AI, specialized hardware, and remote clinical expertise to address critical challenges like resident falls, ER visits, and staffing concerns.
As Implementation Manager, you will lead the deployment of SafelyYou's technology across an expanding portfolio of senior living clients. You serve as the primary advocate and point of contact throughout the customer journey from late-stage sales through service launch and post-implementation support.
Key responsibilities include: managing a portfolio of implementation projects to deliver on time and within budget; conducting virtual and onsite assessments to understand technical requirements for sensor, networking, and server installation; collaborating with internal teams (clinical success, sales, engineering, AI, finance) to document scope of work and design solutions; leading weekly onboarding calls and training sessions to prepare communities for go-live; coordinating procurement and supply chain logistics; managing vendor relationships and quality assurance; providing remote and onsite technical support during equipment installation; and troubleshooting post-implementation issues.
You will travel up to 25% of the time to customer sites for tours, training, and installation oversight. The role requires strong project management, multi-stakeholder communication, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable with networking knowledge, solution architecture, and occasionally lifting heavy equipment.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as an Onboarding, Implementation, or Project Manager, preferably in a startup environment. You demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
