As Implementation Manager, you will own the complete onboarding and enablement execution for Scaled and Mid-Market customers, ensuring they realize value from day one. This is a build role—you're not inheriting a finished system but defining how onboarding scales across a high-volume customer portfolio.
Key responsibilities include: managing implementation journeys from platform configuration through early value realization; running weekly onboarding sessions covering platform setup, prompt creation, and report interpretation; designing and continuously improving the scaled onboarding curriculum; building enablement infrastructure including templates, help content, and follow-up sequences; independently handling escalations and adapting playbooks for unique customer circumstances; defining and tracking implementation metrics like time-to-value and configuration completion rates; evolving the implementation motion as the customer base grows; surfacing product gaps and onboarding friction to Product and Customer Success teams; and serving as the internal subject-matter expert on how customers use Profound.
You'll partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to create a best-in-class onboarding experience. The role requires strong program ownership, data awareness, facilitation skills, and the ability to build repeatable systems from scratch while operating independently in ambiguity. AI search experience is a plus.
