Peregrine Technologies, backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, builds an AI-enabled platform that transforms siloed data into operational intelligence for public safety organizations, government agencies, and enterprises. The platform currently serves hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, reaching over 125 million people.
As Implementation Manager, you will own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for a portfolio of public safety customers. Your core responsibility is ensuring timely, successful platform launches from kickoff through go-live. You will direct AI agents to execute integrations, configure data models and ontologies, and translate customer requirements into high-quality agent inputs while rigorously validating outputs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the complete deployment lifecycle: network connectivity, data source integration, QA, permissions configuration, training, and go-live
- Directing AI agents to handle integrations and customer-specific configurations
- Driving network access and data connectivity by coordinating with Peregrine's infrastructure and engineering teams and engaging customer IT stakeholders
- Facilitating virtual kickoffs and working sessions to align customer stakeholders and establish project cadence
- Running lean, self-service QA and training sessions that empower customer POCs to validate data independently
- Managing permissions configuration end-to-end: gathering requirements, directing agents to implement them, and testing outputs
- Maintaining rigorous task management across concurrent deployments, surfacing blockers and escalating with urgency
- Identifying patterns across your portfolio to refine agent prompts, improve deployment playbooks, and raise quality standards
Success means deployments achieve significant improvements in speed-to-value and go-live times, customer POCs become self-sufficient with Peregrine's tools, blockers are resolved within hours, and your agent prompts and playbooks improve measurably over time.
You are a relentless project manager who tracks every open item and holds stakeholders accountable with precision. You're fluent in data systems concepts—understanding credential strings, data connectivity issues, and how to work with engineering teams to diagnose problems. You navigate complex organizations skillfully, communicate clearly and directly (preferring structured, asynchronous communication), and are genuinely curious about AI tooling. You're a thoughtful trainer who ensures customers are truly self-sufficient before sign-off.
Required: 3–6 years in enterprise software implementation, technical project management, or customer-facing deployment roles; demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects against tight timelines; comfort with technical concepts (data connectivity, credential management, permissions, data models) without necessarily coding; exceptional written communication and documentation skills.
