As Implementation Manager, you will lead end-to-end project management for onboarding Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers to the Parachute Platform. You'll manage the full customer lifecycle from initial onboarding through digital transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and meeting critical timelines. You will delegate tasks to Implementation Associates, oversee their work, and adjust resources to maintain project momentum.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead strategic activations of innovative product features (AI Intake, Documentation & Signature requests) to position Parachute as a digital command center for patient needs. Coordinate with HME Providers, Sales, and Customer Success teams to optimize adoption strategies and track performance metrics.
• Develop and present data-driven insights to guide partnerships forward. Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer opportunities and challenges using analytics to enhance partnership value.
• Design and execute process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency. Apply project management best practices to reduce friction and increase operational effectiveness.
• Act as a consultant for new product launches, communicating benefits to customers and gathering feedback for the Product team.
• Lead customized training sessions and demos to equip partners with comprehensive platform understanding. Use change management techniques to support end-user adoption and confidence.
• Develop expertise in platform interoperability and API integration best practices. Guide customers through technical implementations to facilitate efficient integration and scalability.
You'll work in a remote-first environment with a dedicated NYC office and co-working space reimbursement options. REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech
• Proven experience implementing or managing healthcare or SaaS platforms
• Process-oriented with experience developing and executing transformation roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills; ability to leverage data to solve problems and drive decisions
• Experienced in leading cross-functional projects involving technology adoption or process modernization
• Consultative and customer-centric mindset with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• Comfortable with Excel (advanced), Tableau, HubSpot, JIRA; API integration experience is a plus
• Exposure to AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability is a strong plus
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and quickly comes up to speed on technical topics
• Passionate about improving patient outcomes and operational efficiencies through digital transformation
