Odyssey partners with state agencies to design, launch, and operate Education Savings Account (ESA) and grant programs. The company operates across 6 states, powering programs serving 200,000+ students and over $1B in education funding. As Implementation Manager, you will own end-to-end customer deployment outcomes, embedding with state customers from kick-off through go-live and across their entire contractual lifecycle. You will fully understand customer requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams. You'll develop and lead deployment plans with state stakeholders and cross-functional Odyssey teams (Engineering, Product, Support). You'll provide technical knowledge of Odyssey's platform to both technical and non-technical audiences, driving configuration and deployment of technical solutions. You'll manage long-term, complex implementation cycles (6+ months), ensure scalable and repeatable deployment processes, and drive customer adoption and renewal. You are a strong leader who aligns stakeholders, builds consensus, and drives action across teams. You communicate clearly, translating complex customer plans into actionable messaging. You have 5+ years in implementation or customer success roles with hands-on experience deploying technology products. You thrive in early-stage SaaS environments with ambiguity and speed. You have strong technical acumen—understanding system deployment, APIs, webhooks, and technical workflows—and can hold your own in technical discussions. You possess analytical skills (SQL, advanced Excel), high empathy for customers and end users, an owner mindset with accountability, and creative problem-solving abilities. Government agency experience is a strong plus. You must be authorized to work full-time in the US.
