Salary: USD 70,000 - 95,000 / annual
Mural Health is a clinical technology startup on a mission to eliminate barriers for participants and caregivers in clinical trials. As an Implementation Manager, you will be the execution engine that transforms new clinical trial requirements into fully configured systems within Mural Link.
You will receive structured trial setup requests from Client Success Managers and translate them into accurate, end-to-end system configurations. This involves detailed manual data entry across trial, country, site, and payment/reimbursement configurations. You'll work with AI-assisted tools like Claude Projects to streamline parts of the setup process while maintaining rigorous accuracy standards—a single misconfigured threshold or site can have downstream consequences for live trials.
Key responsibilities include: receiving and processing trial setup tickets covering countries in scope, individual sites, travel and reimbursement thresholds; performing precise manual data entry and system configuration; catching inconsistencies or gaps in incoming requirements before they become errors; maintaining consistent setup quality across a growing volume of trials; tracking progress and communicating status to CSMs and stakeholders; and providing feedback on process improvements.
You'll need strong attention to detail, genuine comfort with manual repetitive work, ability to follow multi-part structured requirements, and clear written communication skills. Experience with AI tools is important. You'll work independently once requirements are handed off, but know when to escalate ambiguity rather than guess.
The role is expected to evolve as the Mural Link platform automates more of the setup process. Over time, the position will shift from primarily manual configuration toward reviewing automated setups, handling exceptions, and taking on more complex configuration work. Nice-to-have qualifications include prior clinical trials or clinical research operations experience, SaaS implementation/onboarding background, or familiarity with trial-related concepts.
