Intenseye is building an AI-powered platform for industrial safety, operations, and quality management. The platform uses proprietary hardware and cutting-edge AI to help enterprises identify and prevent workplace risks in real time across complex worksites.
As Implementation Manager, you will lead the deployment and rollout of Intenseye's solutions for enterprise customers. You own project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring implementations stay on schedule, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end implementation projects for customers across multiple geographies
- Coordinating all project activities, timelines, and resource allocation
- Engaging with technical details to solve problems creatively and remove deployment obstacles
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Ensuring customer success and satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Identifying risks early and developing mitigation strategies
- Collaborating with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to align on delivery
You will be hands-on, working directly with customers to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption. The role requires strong project management discipline, technical acumen, and the ability to navigate complex customer environments. You'll be instrumental in scaling Intenseye's customer base and establishing a reputation for flawless implementations.
