HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven cardiac diagnostic solutions. The flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, is a non-invasive test that provides 3D models of coronary arteries to help clinicians assess blood flow and identify blockages. The company has been used for over 500,000 patients worldwide and is cleared in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada.
The Implementation Manager is a member of the Customer Success team responsible for leading the integration of HeartFlow's technology into new customer accounts. This is a field-based position with up to 50% travel across the Midwest region (Minneapolis, Louisville, Lexington, Cincinnati).
Key responsibilities include: leading implementation projects for new customer accounts and product features; providing end-user and commercial team training on HeartFlow products and CT data requirements; delivering clinically relevant and technical support to customers; documenting customer feedback and complaints in the CRM system; managing the implementation project funnel with accurate tracking and risk identification; designing solutions and tools to support commercial growth; leading customer teams through implementation workflows; coordinating internal and customer teams to map and validate processes (orders, scheduling, reading, billing); and ensuring all go-live criteria are met with post-activation support.
The role requires managing multiple projects involving customers and colleagues from diverse technical and clinical backgrounds. Candidates should have a positive, energetic personality, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills across technical, clinical, and cultural audiences. Knowledge of hospital operations and implementation of new technologies is essential. Healthcare IT experience (PACS, EMR, CVIS, HIPAA) or digital health technology background is required. Cardiology clinical or imaging experience is preferred but not required.
Educational requirements include a BS, MS, or relevant degree in engineering or sciences, plus 3+ years of experience in a technical or clinical field.
