Salary: CAD 50,000 - 60,000 / annual
Exiger is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead complex enterprise deployments of its AI-powered supply chain risk intelligence platform. The role is based in Vancouver, BC, with a hybrid work arrangement.
You will serve as a strategic partner to Fortune 500 and government clients, guiding them through onboarding, configuration, and go-live of Exiger's SaaS platforms. Key responsibilities include leading client-facing implementations, translating client objectives into actionable strategies, developing supply chain risk frameworks aligned with compliance and ESG goals, and collaborating across Sales, Product, and Client Services teams.
As a subject matter expert in risk management, you'll act as a process expert, synthesizing complex supply chain data into actionable insights. You'll support team members' professional growth, document and improve internal processes, and serve as a feedback loop between clients and product teams to inform platform enhancements.
Required qualifications: 3–5 years in supply chain operations, process optimization, or enterprise technology implementation. You should have proven experience applying data-driven approaches to risk management, understanding supplier onboarding and lifecycle management, and managing complex cross-functional implementations with external stakeholders. Familiarity with SaaS platforms (Salesforce, SAP, ERP systems) and project management tools is essential. A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA, supply chain certification (APICS, CSCP), or engineering background is a strong plus.
