As Implementation Manager, you will own the full implementation lifecycle for Exiger's core product offerings, serving as the primary point of contact for clients from contract signature through successful deployment. You'll lead client onboarding, manage project timelines, and ensure solutions are deployed per contractual requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the complete implementation lifecycle from initial onboarding to deployment
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships at all levels
- Providing comprehensive training and support to ensure effective product adoption
- Preparing detailed project documentation and delivering timely status reports internally and externally
- Driving internal process initiatives to ensure consistent standards across the practice
- Collaborating with sales, product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of Exiger's core products and strategic services
You bring excellent project management skills, client-focused mindset, and understanding of supply chain risk management, governance, risk & compliance, and third-party management processes. You excel at leading customer-facing presentations, articulating complex ideas clearly in written and verbal communication, and balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strategic perspective. Experience in third-party management, supply chain management, procurement, risk, and compliance domains is valued.
This is a hybrid role based in McLean or Richmond, Virginia, offering the opportunity to work with a recognized leader in supply chain AI and FedRAMP-authorized federal government provider.
