Venus Aerospace is seeking an Implementation Lead to drive execution of customer delivery programs and operational initiatives. This role serves as the central liaison between customer expectations and internal execution, managing cross-functional coordination across manufacturing, engineering, and operational teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading execution of implementation plans and deliverables following contract award
- Operating as primary liaison for customer delivery expectations and performance monitoring
- Managing cross-functional coordination to guide internal teams through execution phases
- Monitoring delivery performance, identifying risks, and resolving challenges proactively
- Ensuring implementation activities align with customer goals and long-term success metrics
- Establishing and documenting foundational processes to support scalable program growth, including Customer Success program design in partnership with Business Development
- Serving as functional coordinator for facility tours for prospective customers, government entities, and partners in partnership with Communications
- Designing, planning, and leading implementation of operational programs as designated by Operations leadership
- Supporting operational components as programs scale, with potential for expanded operational responsibilities
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management, program execution, and operational coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with Business Development, Government Relations, Communications, and operational teams to execute facility visits, stakeholder meetings, and customer delivery programs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 3–5 years of experience implementing plans, deliverables, or operational programs
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution and maintain alignment across internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to anticipate friction points and drive resolution proactively with business partners
- Experience in executive-level settings, including tours, briefs, and sales-to-delivery cycles of established programs
- ITAR compliance: Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
