Bitwarden is seeking an Implementation Engineer for their Customer Support team to serve the APAC region. This is a fully remote role focused on delivering exceptional technical support and implementation services to enterprise customers.
You will function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Bitwarden's password management, secrets management, and passwordless authentication products. Key responsibilities include leading proof-of-concept trials and new deployments, advising customers on industry best practices for containerized Bitwarden services, troubleshooting technical issues, and completing systems integrations. You'll work closely with enterprise customers to solve problems and identify future solutions, collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams, and develop technical product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
The role requires excellent English communication, strong problem-solving skills, and experience from a previous technical position such as Systems Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or IT Infrastructure Engineer. You should have hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS environments, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Podman), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and identity/access management systems (Active Directory, LDAP, Okta, Azure Entra ID). Familiarity with SSO implementation (SAML, OpenID Connect), SCIM integration, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP), and RESTful APIs is preferred.

The interview process includes meetings with the Recruiting Manager, Manager of Implementation Engineering, Implementation Engineering team members, and the Chief Customer Officer & VP of Customer Success.
