Forter is seeking an Implementation Engineer to own the end-to-end delivery of integrations for newly signed and expanding enterprise customers. This is a project management-focused role where you will serve as the delivery owner for your portfolio, responsible for driving each integration from kickoff to go-live on time with strong stakeholder alignment and clear business value.
You will own end-to-end delivery of integration projects, acting as project lead and primary point of contact throughout the customer journey. You'll build and maintain detailed project plans, proactively identifying risks and blockers to course-correct before they threaten timelines. You'll lead project governance with customer stakeholders, setting agendas, tracking action items, and managing relationships with senior stakeholders to keep them engaged and aligned.
You'll coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and Analytics teams. You'll serve as a technical translator, clearly articulating integration concepts (API operations, JavaScript, JSON, web/database technologies) to both technical and non-technical audiences. You'll track and report on project health and delivery metrics, flagging risks early, and contribute to continuous improvement of Forter's implementation playbooks.
