The Implementation Coordinator serves as the primary project manager and main point of contact for new clients adopting Curve Hero Dental Practice Management Software. This role bridges the gap between clients and internal teams (data services, training, and support), driving successful client engagements while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop thorough understanding of client business requirements and plan implementation projects accordingly
- Set and manage client expectations by clearly communicating project plans, deliverables, timelines, and client roles/responsibilities
- Manage, track, and communicate progress on multiple concurrent client implementation projects
- Coordinate client training, data conversion, and setup requirements; communicate internal team needs and client expectations
- Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and implementation roadblocks
- Obtain client signoff on key deliverables such as Preliminary and Final Data Review Forms
- Maintain company standards for quality and quantity of work while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to workplace behavior standards and company directives
The Implementation Coordinator manages multiple concurrent projects and works with numerous internal and external resources from project initiation through completion, ensuring successful client onboarding and adoption of the software platform.
