Salary: USD 80,000 - 95,000 / annual

Stampli is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead customers through successful onboarding and implementation of their AI-powered financial operations platform. In this hands-on, consultative role, you will own implementations end-to-end—from kickoff through go-live—ensuring customers achieve long-term success with their ERP and Procure-to-Pay workflows. You will conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer business processes and AP workflows, then design and execute implementation plans aligned to Stampli best practices. You'll configure the platform to support customer workflows, proactively identify and resolve risks and dependencies, and maintain ownership through post-launch stabilization. A key part of the role is confidently recommending best practices and guiding customers toward decisions that balance their needs with product capabilities and scalability. You will manage multiple stakeholders across accounting, IT, and leadership teams, leading customer meetings with clarity and structure. You'll build strong relationships through professional communication, set clear expectations around capabilities and timelines, and escalate appropriately when issues arise. Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams is essential to surface implementation challenges and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of post-sales implementation, onboarding, or professional services experience in B2B SaaS or consulting. You should have hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, or similar), proven success managing complex implementations in multi-stakeholder environments, and strong project management discipline. A consultative mindset, excellent customer-facing communication skills, and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments are critical. You'll work from the Downtown Mountain View office Tuesday–Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.
