Stampli is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead customers through successful onboarding of their AI-powered financial operations platform. You will own implementations end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live, ensuring customers achieve long-term success across their ERP and Procure-to-Pay workflows.
In this hands-on, consultative role, you will conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer business processes and AP workflows, then design and execute implementation plans aligned to Stampli best practices. You'll configure the platform to support customer workflows while balancing flexibility with scalability, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and maintain ownership through post-launch stabilization.
You will act as a trusted advisor, confidently recommending best practices even when they differ from current customer approaches. You'll lead customer meetings with structure and clarity, manage multiple stakeholders across accounting, IT, and leadership teams, and facilitate high-impact conversations where outcomes matter. Success is measured by implementation quality, customer adoption at go-live, and your ability to navigate complexity with confidence.
Key responsibilities include customer discovery and solution design, implementation ownership from kickoff through stabilization, consultative guidance on best practices, stakeholder management across multi-stakeholder environments, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams.
You'll work hybrid from the Nashville or Austin office three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the week. The role requires 3–5 years of post-sales implementation, onboarding, or professional services experience in B2B SaaS or consulting, with proven expertise owning complex implementations. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, or similar) and strong project management skills are essential. You should be comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and have a proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong ownership mentality.
