As an Implementation Consultant (internally titled Technical Account Consultant), you will be the expert on reporting and data for Rippling's customers. This role combines technical depth with customer-facing consulting to drive successful platform adoption and optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
**Project Management**: Coordinate with internal teams and customers to execute implementation engagements, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver value. You'll manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across complex deployments.
**Data & Reporting Expertise**: Build and interpret complex data sets within Rippling's reporting tools. You'll develop pivot tables, create custom reports, and provide data-driven insights to help customers understand their workforce metrics and optimize processes.
**Customer Consulting**: Advise customers on best practices for data management, system configuration, and process optimization. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, understanding their business needs and translating them into platform configurations.
**Adoption & Training**: Drive customer adoption by training administrators and end-users on platform capabilities, particularly around reporting and data management. You'll identify gaps in customer understanding and proactively provide guidance.
**Relationship Building**: Develop strong relationships with customer administrators and stakeholders, becoming their go-to resource for technical questions and strategic guidance on maximizing Rippling's value.
You'll work with customers across industries and company sizes, each with unique data and reporting requirements. Success requires strong analytical skills, spreadsheet proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
