Loan Vision, a PE-backed fintech company (owned by Banyan Software and Pacific Lake), is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join its deployment team. Loan Vision delivers loan-level accounting software purpose-built for the mortgage banking industry, serving over 270 customers. The software is built on Microsoft Dynamics and hosted in Azure.
In this role, you will report to the VP of Implementation and serve as the primary project lead for customer implementations. You will work directly with Loan Vision's project team and multiple customer stakeholders to efficiently implement and onboard new customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading software implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deployment for both new customers and existing clients with new projects
- Developing and maintaining deep expertise in Loan Vision modules and acting as a subject matter expert consultant to clients
- Providing expert-level consulting across all areas of the Loan Vision system, including chart of accounts configuration, data migration, and system optimization
- Managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive customer success
- Traveling to customer sites as needed and working remotely when appropriate
You will be expected to rapidly develop extensive knowledge of both the Loan Vision software and the mortgage banking industry. The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Required qualifications include a 4-year undergraduate degree in accounting (or equivalent experience), experience in the mortgage banking industry, and hands-on experience with Loan Vision or Microsoft Dynamics software. 3-5 years of business experience is preferred. You should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, resourcefulness, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit with a passion for helping customers maximize system utilization.
