As an Implementation Consultant (IT), you will serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor for Rippling's largest customers, both in the US and globally. You'll be responsible for driving adoption of Rippling's IT products and features, including Apps, Devices, Identity, and Inventory Management Solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Drive adoption by guiding customers through key features and consulting on best practices to integrate Rippling into their existing workflows and processes.
• Project manage cross-functional engagements, coordinating between internal teams and external stakeholders to execute implementations and optimize customer outcomes.
• Deliver white-glove service by providing personalized, attentive guidance and product enablement to ensure customers feel supported throughout their journey.
• Become a product expert and go-to resource for customers and internal teams, staying current on Rippling's IT capabilities and industry trends.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and identify upsell opportunities.
You'll work with a diverse customer base, understand their unique IT requirements, and help them maximize the value they get from Rippling. This is a customer-facing role that combines technical knowledge, project management, and consultative problem-solving.
