As an Implementation Consultant II, you will manage a strategic portfolio of complex client implementations with growing independence. You will own end-to-end delivery for enterprise-scale lending clients and contribute to how the broader implementations team operates. This role requires a track record of successful go-lives, strong client relationships, and the judgment to navigate novel challenges with minimal direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex implementations for enterprise lending clients, managing scope, risk, and timeline with meaningful autonomy and clear accountability for outcomes
- Conduct discovery and planning sessions with senior client stakeholders, translating business goals and lending workflows into actionable implementation roadmaps
- Manage escalations and navigate complex organizational dynamics on the client side, driving timely resolution of high-impact issues
- Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities across your implementation portfolio; document repeatable solutions and share with the team
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve implementation efficiency and strengthen client outcomes
- Track and communicate implementation metrics, insights, and lessons learned to leadership; use data to surface patterns and drive improvement
- Informally support junior implementation managers by sharing approaches, reviewing work, and raising delivery standards
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate project planning, client communication, and risk identification
Success at six months means your implementation portfolio delivers consistently with on-schedule projects and satisfied clients; you've navigated at least one high-complexity implementation to successful go-live; junior managers benefit from your informal guidance; you've contributed at least one process improvement adopted by the team; and cross-functional partners seek your input on complex client situations.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery, ideally in financial services, fintech, or complex B2B software
- Proven ability to deliver complex, concurrent client implementations on time and to a high standard, with examples of measurable client outcomes
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills; ability to navigate senior stakeholders and handle difficult conversations with confidence
- Track record of identifying process improvements that made implementations faster, more consistent, or more successful
- Solid understanding of construction finance and lending workflows (draw management, lien waivers, compliance tracking, loan administration)
- Experience with enterprise software implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and comfort adapting to the client's environment
- Comfort with project management tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms; ability to learn new tools quickly
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in or closely with a community bank or credit union, ideally supporting a software or systems implementation
- Familiarity with lending operations, construction lending, draw management, or loan administration
- Experience supporting software implementations, client onboarding, customer success, professional services, or complex cross-functional projects
