Cority is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support the deployment and adoption of its EHS+ platform across customer organizations. The EHS+ platform converges people, data, and AI agents to provide real-time visibility into operational risks, automate workflows, and deliver personalized insights for environmental management, employee health, safety, quality, and sustainability.
In this role, you will work with enterprise clients to configure, customize, and implement the Cority platform to meet their specific environmental management system (EMS) requirements. You will serve as a trusted advisor during the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through training and go-live support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting discovery sessions with customers to understand their EMS processes, data structures, and business objectives
- Configuring the Cority platform to align with customer workflows and compliance requirements
- Developing implementation plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Leading training sessions for customer teams on platform features and best practices
- Providing post-implementation support and optimization recommendations
- Collaborating with the Cority product and support teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
- Documenting implementation processes and creating knowledge resources
You will be a key driver of customer success, helping organizations leverage Cority's AI-powered capabilities to prevent risks across their operations. The role offers exposure to complex enterprise environments and the opportunity to develop deep expertise in environmental management and EHS+ solutions.
