Fieldguide is a venture-backed SaaS platform automating assurance and audit work for cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audit practitioners. The company is building software that enables trust between businesses by streamlining compliance and audit workflows.
As Implementation Consultant for the EMEA region, you will be the founding member of Fieldguide's implementation function in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. You'll report to the Director of Implementation and work closely with Customer Success and Go-To-Market teams to drive customer adoption and onboarding success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver seamless onboarding experiences through Fieldguide's Accelerator program, designed to maximize customer ROI quickly
- Build and maintain trust with customers through regular engagement from sales handoff through value realization
- Develop implementation plans aligned with customer goals and track progress against adoption milestones
- Cultivate customer champions and deepen their product knowledge
- Serve as the customer advocate internally, communicating needs to Engineering, Product, Design, and other teams to shape roadmap and processes
- Proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks
- Document customer success stories, use cases, and value metrics to demonstrate platform impact
You'll need 2+ years of risk advisory or technology risk experience (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, NIST assessments) OR 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a top consulting firm or high-growth startup. Strong project management skills, executive presence, and ability to influence cross-functional teams are essential. You're a bias-to-action owner who takes end-to-end ownership with minimal oversight.
