Instructure is seeking an Implementation Consultant to manage multiple, fast-paced implementations of Instructure products (including Digitary) across Canada. This is a remote role focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes during product implementations.
Key responsibilities include managing implementation projects of standard complexity, serving as a trusted advisor to customers, defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders, and maintaining detailed project plans to track progress. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers and engineering teams to create XML document overlays, guide customers through technical requirements for SSO, API, and XML integrations, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope. You'll track milestones and tasks in Salesforce to support revenue recognition, manage customer and internal expectations, and escalate risks or issues to management as needed. Bilingual delivery in English and Canadian French is required.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 3 years in project management, technical support, or customer success. Project management certifications (CAPM or PMP) are preferred but not required. You should have strong ability to identify solutions when facing customer challenges, translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree in any field (or 5+ years relevant experience) is required, along with fluency in both English and Canadian French. Understanding of SaaS, APIs, and experience in LMS, educational technology, or fast-paced technical environments is highly valued.
