JumpCloud is an AI-powered unified IT management platform that consolidates identity, device, and access management for modern workforces. As an Implementation Consultant, you will guide direct customers and partner organizations through scalable implementation and onboarding projects, reporting to the Senior Manager of Solutions Architects.
You will act as a dedicated technology specialist responsible for consulting, planning, and executing platform rollouts of all sizes. Your technical background in identity and access management will be leveraged to ensure smooth product transitions, directly driving customer satisfaction and increasing adoption of the JumpCloud platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guide customers and partner organizations through customized implementation and onboarding project plans
- Build tailored onboarding plans based on specific customer needs and purchased services
- Consult, plan, and assist with JumpCloud rollouts in customer environments, including AD/LDAP, O365/G-Suite, and enterprise MDM integrations
- Resolve technical onboarding and API integration issues (OAuth/SCIM) via email or remote sessions
- Execute complex migration and configuration tasks hands-on in customer environments when needed
- Collaborate with peers, mentors, and community forum leaders to deliver effective solutions
- Maintain regular communication with customers about action plans, recommendations, and new use cases
Performance objectives focus on meeting implementation SLAs, driving measurable increases in platform adoption and utilization, and maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT) ratings throughout the onboarding phase.
Requirements:
- Must be located in and authorized to work in Brazil
- Fluent English speaking and writing ability (interviews and screening conducted primarily in English)
- Technical background in identity and access management
- Experience with customer implementation, onboarding, and consulting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Strong project and account management skills
