As an Implementation Consultant reporting to the Head of Solutions, you will be a core member of the go-to-market team, responsible for delivering best-in-class onboarding experiences (Fieldguide Accelerator) to new customers. You will own the full customer implementation lifecycle from sales handoff through value realization, ensuring rapid time-to-value and maximum ROI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining trust with customers through regular engagement cadences across all implementation phases
- Creating and executing implementation plans aligned with customer goals, tracking progress, and adapting as needed
- Identifying and cultivating customer champions, growing their product knowledge
- Serving as the customer advocate internally, communicating needs to Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other teams to shape product roadmap and processes
- Proactively identifying and mitigating implementation risks with decisive action plans
- Documenting customer success through case studies, use cases, and metrics; tracking adoption progress and value realization
You bring 2+ years leading financial statement audits (including SOX testing, internal controls, audit methodology) OR 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup. You are a strong project manager capable of juggling multiple customers and priorities with minimal oversight. You have executive presence, demonstrated ability to influence across teams, and a bias toward ownership and action. You are mission-driven, a team player, and a trusted advisor to complex organizations.
