As an Implementation Consultant reporting to the Head of Solutions, you will be a core member of the go-to-market team, responsible for delivering best-in-class customer onboarding through Fieldguide's proprietary Accelerator program. You will work directly with new customers from sales handoff through value realization, ensuring rapid adoption and ROI. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining trust with customers through structured engagement cadences across all implementation phases - Creating detailed implementation plans aligned with customer goals and tracking progress through regular reviews - Identifying and cultivating customer champions, growing their product expertise - Serving as the primary customer advocate internally, communicating needs to Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, and Sales teams to inform product roadmap and process improvements - Proactively identifying adoption risks and developing mitigation strategies - Documenting customer success through case studies, use cases, and measurable outcomes You will need 2+ years leading financial statement audits (including SOX testing and internal controls documentation) OR 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup. You are a project management expert capable of managing multiple customers and complex initiatives with minimal oversight. You have executive presence, strong communication skills across customer and internal stakeholder groups, and a bias toward ownership and action.
