As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a cross-functional role connecting Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams. You'll be the bridge between Samsara's technology and customer success, working directly with clients to understand their business needs and implement solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a customer-facing consultant with exceptional communication skills, explaining complex technology products to both C-suite executives and day-to-day operational users
- Quickly understanding customer business models and pain points to recommend tailored solutions
- Collaborating across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to enable customer success
- Championing Samsara's cultural principles: Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Inclusivity, and Winning as a Team
- Traveling up to 30% of the time to customer sites (proximity to an international airport required)
