As an Implementation Consultant, you will own the customer relationship post-signature and be responsible for successful deployment of Samsara's solution. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to define and deliver project plans that help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the Samsara advisor, managing technology deployment and enabling customers to achieve quick time to value
- Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for business operations
- Guide customers through change management, including policy, communications, and training
- Conduct training sessions, demonstrate Samsara technology, and work through obstacles with executives and end-users across multiple use cases
- Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel while delivering exceptional customer experience
You'll work with top-tier customers and experience multiple aspects of a hyper-growth, recently public company. The role requires up to 30% travel to customer sites, which may include overnight stays.
Minimum qualifications: 2+ years in implementation consulting, project management, or onboarding roles (enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred); strong project management skills and methodologies; 2+ years supporting or working with technical products; solutions-oriented problem-solving approach; consultative skills with end-to-end system implementation experience; ability to manage 20+ implementations/projects simultaneously; proven track record building trust and communicating with diverse stakeholders (executives, engineers, end-users); fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
