As an Implementation Consultant, you will own the customer journey post-signature, managing successful deployments of Samsara's solution. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to define and deliver project plans aligned with customer value objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the Samsara advisor, managing technology deployment and enabling rapid time-to-value
- Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for business operations
- Guide customers through change management (policy, communications, training)
- Conduct training sessions, demonstrate technology, and resolve obstacles with executives and end-users across multiple use cases
- Manage 20+ parallel customer engagements while delivering exceptional experiences
You'll require 2+ years in implementation consulting, project management, or onboarding roles (enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred). Strong project management skills, experience supporting technical products, consultative abilities, and proven track record managing large-scale implementations are essential. You must communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders—executives, engineering leadership, and day-to-day users—and thrive in fast-paced, change-heavy environments. The role involves up to 30% travel to customer sites, including overnight stays.
