monday.com is seeking an Implementation Consultant (Forward Deployed Consultant) to join the Professional Services team. In this role, you will lead AI transformation and implementation engagements for enterprise customers, designing and building tailored solutions using AI agents, workflows, and advanced platform capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end implementation engagements, designing AI-native solutions including intelligent workflows, agents, and automations tailored to customer business outcomes.
- Conduct discovery sessions and business process consulting to map how work flows through customer organizations and recommend process improvements before solution build.
- Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures within the monday.com platform to solve complex business cases, partnering with technical resources for integrations and agentic engineering.
- Leverage monday AI and external generative/agentic AI tools to accelerate solution design and deliver intelligent workflows.
- Serve as project manager on standalone engagements, building and executing project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; collaborate with deployment strategists on larger engagements.
- Conduct webinars, training sessions, and one-on-one demos that translate product capabilities into measurable business value.
- Produce documentation, walkthroughs, and exit artifacts enabling customers to independently operate, maintain, and extend solutions.
- Advocate for customer needs and influence product development roadmap based on field insights.
- Contribute reusable patterns and assets to the shared library.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the Paris office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience as a forward deployed consultant, implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or technical project manager in enterprise software.
- Proven experience leading software implementation or managed services projects with hands-on build and system configuration in project management, CRM, service desk, or collaborative work management software.
- Fluency in generative and agentic AI tools with strong understanding of leveraging AI for work productivity and building intelligent workflows and agents.
- Familiarity with AI reliability in production, including human review, output checking, and knowing when deterministic automation is preferable.
- Strong problem-solving skills rooted in computational thinking, systems design, and understanding of relational data structures.
- Business process design and consulting experience with business acumen to frame engagements around customer outcomes.
- Working knowledge of integration platforms (Make.com, Zapier) sufficient to configure lightweight integrations; foundational knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and MCP a plus.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with client stakeholders and executives; ability to clearly articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies across diverse customers and industries.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills; comfortable running engagements independently and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with positive attitude, empathy, high energy, and ability to take initiative and adapt.
- BA or BS degree preferred.
