As an Implementation Consultant, you will be a core member of the go-to-market team, reporting to the Director of Implementation. You will own the onboarding and adoption experience for new customers, delivering Fieldguide's best-in-class Accelerator program designed to maximize customer ROI and time-to-value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building trust and maintaining regular engagement cadences with customers throughout implementation, from sales handoff through value realization
- Creating and executing implementation plans aligned with customer goals, tracking progress, and adapting as needed
- Cultivating customer champions and deepening their product knowledge
- Serving as the customer advocate internally, communicating needs to Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, and Sales to shape product roadmap and processes
- Proactively identifying and mitigating adoption risks with decisive action plans
- Documenting customer success through case studies, use cases, and measurable outcomes
You bring 2+ years of hands-on experience in financial audit or assurance, combined with 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation (ideally at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup). You excel at managing multiple complex customer engagements with minimal oversight, communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams, and take ownership of projects end-to-end. You are mission-driven, collaborative, and bias toward action.
