MaintainX is seeking a bilingual Implementation Analyst to support customer onboarding and deployments of its AI-powered maintenance and asset management platform. The role is customer-facing and involves configuring the MaintainX platform, managing data migrations, gathering business requirements, and troubleshooting technical issues during implementation.
Key responsibilities include leading mid-market customers through successful implementations, owning data structuring and migration tasks, delivering product training to end-users, facilitating meetings with client stakeholders, and providing knowledge transfer to internal teams. You will track and communicate client issues, proactively troubleshoot problems, and manage multiple concurrent accounts with competing deadlines and milestones.
The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or application engineering. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, with the ability to confidently communicate and deliver implementation in both languages in a business setting. A BEng degree or equivalent is required. Experience in manufacturing and/or industrial operations is preferred.
You should demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including data cleanup, validation, manipulation, and functions such as XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas used to prepare and migrate customer data. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction. You must be technology-savvy and capable of becoming well-versed in the MaintainX software within 30 days to effectively advise customers.
