MaintainX is hiring an Implementation Analyst to join its customer success team in Toronto. The role is focused on driving successful client implementations of MaintainX's AI-powered maintenance and asset management platform, which serves 13,000+ customers including Duracell, Shell, Cintas, and Brenntag.
In this position, you will own the end-to-end implementation process for mid-market clients. Key responsibilities include configuring the MaintainX platform to client specifications, managing data migration from legacy systems, gathering business requirements, conducting user training, and troubleshooting technical issues throughout the integration process. You'll work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth deployments, drive platform adoption, and transform maintenance and operations workflows into efficient processes.
Specific duties include: guiding mid-market clients through successful implementations; managing data structuring, migration, and product training activities; identifying ways to maximize platform value for each client; facilitating stakeholder meetings; delivering formal end-user training; transferring knowledge to internal teams; proactively tracking and resolving client issues; and managing multiple concurrent accounts, timelines, and project milestones.
You should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in software implementation, customer integration, or application engineering. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required. Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is preferred. You'll need strong communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills. Advanced Excel proficiency is essential, including data cleaning, validation, manipulation, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas for data preparation and migration. You must be comfortable with technology, able to learn quickly, and capable of developing deep platform knowledge within the first 30 days to advise clients effectively. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction is critical.
