Re:Build Manufacturing, a rapidly growing family of industrial businesses focused on aerospace and manufacturing, is seeking an HR Specialist L2 to join Cutting Dynamics, LLC (a Re:Build subsidiary) in Avon, Ohio. Cutting Dynamics has served the aerospace industry for over 30 years, providing high-quality components, assemblies, and kitting solutions. In this role, you will serve as the first line of support to employees for HR administration and day-to-day activities. You will respond to general HR inquiries covering employment, benefits, and leave programs, and partner with management to communicate and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for compliance. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee personnel files and records while supporting HRIS data integrity, coordinating leave of absence activities (FMLA, STD, LTD, Worker's Comp), and working with the Talent team and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts and maintain job requisitions. You will coordinate all onboarding procedures including new hire orientation, conduct exit interviews, and assist with termination procedures. Additionally, you will help plan and coordinate corporate events, initiatives, programs, and special projects, and support employee relations matters in conjunction with the Sr. HR Manager, escalating complex issues as needed.
