Koltin is redesigning elder care in Mexico through integrated health memberships combining clinical prevention, major medical coverage, and wellness programs for adults 50–84. The company is growing rapidly with a mission to make healthcare more human, accessible, and dignified.
As Home Care Operations Coordinator, you are the operational backbone of Koltin's Home Care unit. You ensure nurses are deployed efficiently, systems function reliably, and the team is ready to scale. You'll work in a high-performance, data-driven culture with real ownership and bias toward action.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing team task boards: tracking throughput, controlling work-in-progress, maintaining backlog organization
- Supervising field nurses and home visits via operational dashboards (remote oversight, not field-based)
- Building and maintaining internal tools: Google Sheets dashboards, automations, scripts, and data integrations
- Handling administrative and procurement tasks to ensure compliance across multiple domains
- Documenting processes and protocols to build institutional memory
- Coordinating cross-departmental initiatives to unblock progress
- Negotiating with suppliers and sourcing missing resources
- Identifying and fixing operational bottlenecks proactively
- Delivering high-quality dashboards and systems that teams can rely on
You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building structure from scratch. You take full ownership of problems, move fluidly between administrative tasks and optimization work, and understand that operational quality and data quality are inseparable. You're comfortable with rapid change and have a track record of building tools and systems that generate real value.
Required: 3–6 years in operations, logistics, dispatching, or field team coordination. Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills (complex formulas, dashboards) are non-negotiable. Experience with automations (Apps Script, Zapier, or equivalent) is essential. Strong written communication and a degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Systems, or related field preferred.
