Salary: USD 220,000 - 280,000 / annual

As Head of Workplace Services, you will lead Decagon's global workplace strategy and operations, overseeing the physical environments that support the company's rapid growth. This is a dual strategy-and-execution role requiring equal parts vision-setting and hands-on leadership.
Key responsibilities include: leading and growing the Workplace team with scalable processes for global office operations; driving real estate strategy through lease negotiations, vendor management, and overseeing build-outs and office openings across San Francisco, New York, and Europe; managing workplace budgets and optimizing spend across real estate, operations, and vendors; ensuring operational excellence in offices with high standards for safety, compliance, and employee experience; partnering with People, Finance, IT, and executive leadership on growth planning and space design; and building programs and policies that create consistent, high-quality workplace experiences across all locations.
You will report to senior leadership and work cross-functionally to deliver world-class spaces that enable collaboration, drive productivity, and embody Decagon's culture of excellence. The role requires comfort moving fluidly between strategic planning and tactical execution, with experience managing multi-site expansions and global operations across US and European geographies.
