inDrive is seeking a Head of Supply to lead global supply strategy and operations across its courier marketplace platform. This is a key leadership role owning supply performance across a large portfolio of markets, balancing near-term operational excellence with long-term business transformation. The role combines two core mandates: (1) Run the business by maintaining marketplace health, sufficient supply, efficient courier acquisition, strong economics, and consistent operational performance across markets; (2) Change the business by building new supply models, fleet structures, and scalable solutions to support new products, monetization streams, and business models. Key responsibilities include: **Marketplace Health**: Own supply-demand balance by market, zone, and time of day. Maintain courier availability, utilization, productivity, and overall marketplace health. Own geographic coverage gaps and market expansion readiness. Build and maintain supply forecasting models with measurable accuracy targets. Own SLA achievement, done rate, acceptance rate, and other critical supply-side metrics. Identify structural marketplace issues early and drive corrective actions with country teams and Product. **Supply Acquisition**: Own the end-to-end courier acquisition funnel from awareness through activation and milestone completions. Define and manage CAC targets, acquisition budgets, channel mix, and activation efficiency. Run digital, referral, offline, partnership, and local acquisition programs across markets. Design scalable acquisition playbooks while adapting to local market realities. Build and maintain a structured experimentation framework to continuously improve acquisition efficiency. **Supply Marketing**: Own global courier positioning and value proposition. Define why couriers should choose and prioritize the platform versus alternatives. Drive supply performance marketing with the central Marketing team. Test and optimize creative, messaging, channels, and offers. Define communication strategy for active, lapsing, and reactivated couriers. **Budget & ROI Ownership**: Own and allocate acquisition, incentive, referral, and supply marketing budgets. Define clear CAC, payback, ROI, and incremental impact frameworks. Build quarterly and annual budget plans with scenarios and business assumptions. Reallocate investment across markets based on performance and marketplace needs. Hold country teams accountable for supply investment efficiency. **Strategy**: Author and own the global supply strategy, updated annually and reviewed quarterly. Define how the supply model should evolve across different market maturity stages. Build country prioritization frameworks. Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles including OKR-setting. Define long-term evolution of courier, fleet, partner, and hybrid supply models. Identify structural opportunities to improve supply quality, scalability, cost, and competitive advantage. **Operations**: Run weekly global supply business reviews with country teams. Maintain clear visibility of performance, risks, priorities, and required actions across all markets. Manage country escalations and unblock critical operational issues. Build scalable operating standards while preserving local flexibility. Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Operations. Step into critical markets when performance requires direct leadership intervention. **Product**: Represent supply requirements in product roadmap decisions. Own prioritization of supply-side product needs based on business impact. Maintain and prioritize the supply product backlog. Translate operational problems into scalable product solutions. Coordinate experiment sequencing, pilots, and rollout planning. Ensure new products and business models have viable supply operating models before scale. **Analytics**: Own the supply performance framework across all markets. Own supply dashboards, country scorecards, and management reporting. Run funnel analysis, cohort analysis, marketplace diagnostics, and investment performance reviews. Build forecasting, scenario planning, and capacity models. Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning quality. Ensure decisions are based on clear data and comparable metrics. The Head of Supply is responsible for managing the existing supply organization while building a global supply engine that can scale with the business. Success means having the right supply, in the right place, at the right time and cost today, while continuously building a stronger and more scalable supply model for the future. **Requirements:** - 7+ years in marketplace operations, supply growth, or platform scale - Proven ownership of acquisition budgets ($1M+ annually) - Experience leading multi-country or global teams of 8+ people - Track record of improving CAC and supply retention simultaneously - Background in on-demand logistics, ride-hailing, or food delivery preferred - Advanced level of English proficiency
