DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Management & Customer Service based in Tel Aviv, Israel. This is a Band Level 5 leadership role responsible for developing and implementing the country's supply chain strategic, tactical, and operational plans while ensuring accountability for execution. Key responsibilities include: • Governance & Strategy: Ensure effective governance of supply chain processes and alignment with global supply chain strategies, standards, and procedures, including Sales & Business Planning (S&BP), Warehouse & Distribution (W&D), demand planning, supply planning, and collaborative planning processes. • Demand & Inventory Management: Develop demand and inventory policies by analyzing key supply chain factors. Minimize obsolescence costs through effective inventory management and ensure forecasting data is collected, consolidated, and accurately projected. • Logistics & Distribution: Manage logistics, warehousing, and distribution by monitoring third-party logistics (3PL) operations, ensuring high customer service levels, controlling warehouse and distribution budgets, and identifying operational efficiency improvements. • Life-Cycle Management: Lead life-cycle management activities by coordinating and aligning local functions across product launches, production transfers, technical projects, manufacturing changes, partnering, divestment, and pruning initiatives. • Sales & Operations Planning: Operate a sustainable and effective country-level S&OP process. • Financial Management: Manage order management activities, ensure compliant supply chain financial reporting and reconciliation, and own the toll reconciliation process while driving continuous improvements. • Customer Service & Contracts: Oversee distribution channels and customer service, maintain contractual frameworks, and follow up with clients. • People Leadership: Serve as people manager for the supply chain team, overseeing resource allocation, hiring, development, retention, objectives, and targets aligned with business priorities and KPIs. Provide leadership and direction, support team members, and ensure they are qualified, competent, motivated, and working safely and compliantly. Required qualifications: University degree in Supply Chain Management, Science, Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering. At least 5-7 years' experience in a managerial capacity as Head of Supply Chain Management (pharmaceuticals, food, FMCG) or Logistics Manager in the pharma industry. Proven leadership and advanced stakeholder management skills. Fluent in Hebrew and English. Desired skills: Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Inventory Management, Master Data, Operational Excellence, Project Management, and Stakeholder Management.
