As Head of Supply Chain, you will own the entire supply chain function from demand signal through customer delivery. This is a leadership role requiring you to build and develop a high-performing team across S&OP, supply planning, sourcing, and logistics functions. Key responsibilities include: **Leadership & Team Development**: Lead and develop the S&OP, supply planning, sourcing, and logistics teams. Set clear direction, hold high performance standards, and invest in team member growth. Build a culture of high ownership, low ego, and fast execution. **S&OP & Integrated Planning**: Own the S&OP process, ensuring reliable governance and reconciled demand/supply plans. Drive alignment between commercial and operational teams on forecasts, capacity, and supply position. Maintain proactive visibility of demand and adjust supply plans before gaps become crises. **Sourcing & Supplier Management**: Develop sourcing strategy across the supply base, ensuring right suppliers, competitive terms, and scalable relationships. Build resilience by reducing single-source and geographic concentration risks. Lead commercial negotiations focused on total cost of ownership, lead time, and supply security. **Supply Planning & Inventory**: Establish supply planning that translates demand into accurate material requirements and maintains healthy inventory. Own inventory strategy balancing availability against working capital. Identify and resolve structural planning issues proactively. **Logistics**: Own end-to-end logistics from manufacturing partners to customers. Build relationships with freight and logistics partners. Develop scalable logistics strategy supporting geographic expansion, including customs and compliance. **Strategy**: Define supply chain roadmap to build competitive advantage as Halter scales. Work closely with hardware, operations, commercial, and finance leadership to ensure supply chain enables growth.
