Revolut is seeking a Head of Strategy & Operations to lead day-to-day wealth operations, ensuring seamless and controlled trading activity for millions of customers. This is a director-level role responsible for designing and implementing robust operational processes and controls across the wealth and trading business. Key responsibilities include: - Aligning with global wealth and trading operations teams to establish operational excellence - Implementing and maintaining first-line controls including maker-checker processes, reconciliations, exception management, and access controls - Collaborating with Customer Support, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to support regulatory reporting, transaction reporting, and client money safeguarding obligations - Participating in risk assessments, audits, and regulatory reviews, developing action plans and remediation strategies - Leading investigations and root-cause analysis of operational incidents and client-impacting issues - Defining and tracking operational KRIs and KPIs with clear reporting to senior management - Managing relationships with key operational partners including brokers, custodians, middle-office providers, and data vendors - Ensuring contractual obligations and operational dependencies are well-understood and managed Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or related field - 8+ years of operations experience in a securities business (fintech or brokers) - Deep understanding of end-to-end trading and post-trade flows across multiple asset classes (equities, ETFs) - Proven track record designing, implementing, and testing effective operational controls - Familiarity with Australian or regional regulatory requirements for brokerage operations, or ability to quickly learn new frameworks - Comfort working with data and tools (Excel, BI tools, SQL) - Ability to operate in fast-changing, high-growth environments while managing competing priorities Nice-to-have experience includes familiarity with fixed income, derivatives, FX, and/or funds.
