Anduril Industries is seeking a Head of Strategic Supply Chain to lead supply chain strategy and execution for the Maneuver Dominance team, which develops advanced aerial robotic systems powered by Lattice OS, an AI-driven command and control platform.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end supply chain strategy for a first-of-kind autonomous aircraft program, translating strategic direction into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You will identify and mitigate supply risk by mapping single points of failure across critical, long-lead, and sole-source components, embedding risk intelligence into sourcing and production decisions. You will drive supplier performance management and rapid resolution of disruptions, working cross-functionally with sourcing, engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve constraints in hours rather than weeks.
Key responsibilities include building supply risk visibility systems, operationalizing supplier innovation pipelines, connecting supplier performance to unit cost and schedule KPIs, and defining leading indicator metrics that enable early intervention. You will prepare quantitative analyses, trade studies, and sensitivity models to inform sourcing strategy and resource allocation. You will also prepare briefings and documentation for internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and government partners.
Required qualifications: 6+ years in supply chain strategy, sourcing, or supply program management on complex hardware through development and production phases; demonstrated ownership of supply risk on programs with aggressive timelines and rapid scaling; proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation without direct authority; experience building supply chain capabilities or program management systems from scratch; strong quantitative and analytical skills; familiarity with version control, scripting, and reproducible analysis practices; and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification, aerospace/defense/autonomous systems supply chain experience, and track record of building scalable supply chain capabilities.
