SentiLink is seeking a Head of Fraud Intelligence to lead and transform the Fraud Intelligence Team (FIT) into a high-impact operational function. This role combines operational rigor, fraud expertise, and talent development to drive measurable business impact across the organization.
You will establish clear performance baselines and operational metrics for FIT, including labeling volume, quality, turnaround time, cost efficiency, and SLA adherence. You'll design and implement scalable quality assurance processes with sampling methodologies, review frameworks, and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve labeling accuracy. A key responsibility is reimagining FIT's operating model, workflows, tooling, and team structure to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Talent development is central to this role. You will build a best-in-class entry-level talent program by defining hiring profiles, onboarding experiences, training programs, and career development pathways for Fraud Intelligence Analysts. You'll create repeatable progression frameworks that enable team members to develop technical and analytical expertise while preparing them for advancement and internal mobility.
You will develop credible measurement frameworks connecting FIT activities to measurable fraud prevention outcomes, including model improvements, fraud detection enhancements, and customer impact. You'll launch initiatives that transform frontline fraud observations into actionable insights for Product, R&D, Analytics, and GTM teams, serving as a trusted fraud subject matter expert and strategic partner across the company.
Additionally, you will establish recurring reporting and fraud trend analysis programs, leverage AI and automation to increase team productivity, and build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure FIT's insights influence key business decisions. Success is measured by operational performance improvements, internal talent development, fraud prevention impact, and FIT's growing influence across the organization.
