Anduril Industries is seeking a Head of Programs for its Space Special Programs business line. This role serves as the lead Technical Program Manager and primary programmatic strategic interface with the General Manager, responsible for day-to-day execution of overall program initiatives across multiple ongoing orbital programs and active pursuits.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead technical program management across space system development and delivery contracts, managing budget, schedule, and resource allocation alongside the Head of Operations and Business Operations team
• Serve as primary interface between engineering teams, customers, and senior leadership to ensure technical objectives align with contractual requirements
• Develop and manage the technical roadmap and new product direction in collaboration with the GM
• Create mission solutions for the customer base with focus on growth opportunities
• Execute on multiple dynamic space operations missions and capture efforts
• Own projects from conception through delivery, working directly with customers and engineering teams
• Identify engineering needs, validate projected product outcomes, and develop technical paths for success
• Assume high levels of responsibility and actively shape account success
The Space Special Programs team builds spacecraft and space systems serving various functions in the space architecture. With space superiority increasingly contested and space systems proliferating rapidly, the team provides advanced, mission-critical capabilities enabling customers to operate and survive in expanding environments with limited personnel. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, sales, logistics, operations, and mission success teams.
