Funding Circle is a fintech platform that uses data-driven technology to provide small businesses with fast access to funding. The company has evolved from a single-product lender into a multi-product financing and spending platform, generating £7.2bn for the UK economy last year.
You will own the strategy and execution of the customer experience across Funding Circle's product portfolio. Reporting to the VP Product, you will lead the Multi-Product Experience Product team as part of the core Product and Design leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for evolving the customer experience to maximize the impact of the product roadmap and overarching product vision
- Build capabilities and customer journeys used across multiple product lines and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering growth and culture within the broader Product organization
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional leadership to maximize team impact

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of product management experience building high-quality, consumer-grade multi-product customer experiences
- Strong partnership experience with Design and Engineering teams
- Proven track record leading and developing teams of Product Managers
- AI-native: experience building with Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools, with ability to integrate AI into team design and build processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels and backgrounds
- Passion for Funding Circle's mission and values

- Fintech or lending experience
- Track record of customer experience transformation
- Exposure to both consumer and SME markets
