Pattern is a fast-growing ecommerce acceleration platform that helps global brands optimize and automate growth across 60+ marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Tmall, TikTok Shop, JD, Mercado Libre, and others). The company leverages 66+ trillion data points and AI/ML models to manage advertising, content, logistics, pricing, forecasting, and customer service for hundreds of global brands.
You will serve as Head of Procurement and Operations, owning vendor management and sourcing for Pattern's expanding U.S. warehouse network. This is a high-velocity, high-SKU fulfillment environment where packaging and supplies consumption scales directly with order volume. Currently operating 4 facilities, the company plans to grow to approximately 10 facilities over the next four years, with weekly volume more than tripling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own vendor relationships and spend for consumable packaging supplies
- Manage sourcing strategy as the network scales
- Evolve procurement processes thoughtfully without overbuilding tools, process, or headcount ahead of actual need
- Drive efficiency and cost optimization across the growing warehouse footprint
This role reports to senior leadership and requires someone who is data-driven, action-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-scaling environment. You'll balance immediate operational needs with strategic planning for a 3-4 year growth trajectory.
