Revolut is seeking a Head of Operations to lead day-to-day operations for its Wealth & Trading division, ensuring seamless and controlled trading for millions of customers globally. This is a strategic operations role focused on designing processes and controls that deliver high impact, minimize incidents, and meet regulatory and client money obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Aligning with global wealth and trading operations teams to establish operational excellence
- Implementing and maintaining robust first-line controls across operations, including maker-checker protocols, reconciliations, exception management, and access/entitlement controls
- Collaborating closely with Customer Support, Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams to support regulatory reporting, transaction reporting, and client money/safeguarding regimes
- Participating in risk assessments, audits, and regulatory reviews, developing action plans and remediation strategies
- Leading investigations and resolutions of operational incidents, near misses, and client-impacting issues, driving root-cause analysis and sustainable fixes
- Defining and tracking operational KRIs and KPIs, producing clear and insightful reporting to senior management
- Supporting the selection, onboarding, and ongoing management of key operational partners (brokers, custodians, middle-office providers, data vendors)
- Ensuring contractual obligations and operational dependencies are well-understood and managed
Required qualifications:
- Degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of operations experience in a securities business (broker or fintech)
- Understanding of end-to-end trading and post-trade flows across multiple asset classes, including equities and ETFs
- Track record of designing, implementing, and testing effective operational controls
- Familiarity with regional regulatory requirements for brokerage operations in India, or demonstrable ability to learn new regulatory frameworks quickly
- Comfort working with data and basic tooling (Excel, BI tools, SQL)
- Proven ability to operate in fast-changing, high-growth environments and manage competing priorities
Nice to have: Understanding of fixed income, derivatives, FX, and other asset classes.
